Importexport returns white page / 500 error

Hi all,

installed the latest version and every day get a step further. Impressive. Tried to import my thunderbird calendar today but not all appointments are imported.

The setup / configuration of the importexport is unreachable. I get a white page for all three different setups (• Import definitions
• Define imports|exports • Schedule) and unable to make a setup. Importing without this setup results in an incomplete import.

Looking at the different posts here I see it happened before but that was 2008. In the manual I read the possibilities for importing are endless. Not for me right now

Anybody an idea?

What version and what type of package?

Latest means where little.

I installed version 1.8.004 from zip. I use php version 5.3.9 on linux.

Yesterday I uninstalled the importexport app and reinstalled it through my browser and the setup menu. For Some reason the importexport app is not oin my list of apps (on the admoin menu). In my setup it tells me I installed it succesfully.

You need to give yourself or group, you are a member of, run rights for that app.

Hi,

please keep discussion on list!

After giving me the rights for the importexport app I see it in the list (left menu, Admin). Clicking on import definitions, define imports|exports or Schedule results in a white page.

Google Chrome returns this:
http://www.24-7wellness.com/egroupware/index.php?menuaction=importexport.importexport_definitions_ui.import_definition

HTTP-fout 500 (Internal Server Error)

That means you have an error-message in Apache error_log.
