Incomplete user accounts list

Hello,

I am using EGW 1.6.003 on a SLES 10 server with MySQL 5.0.26.

I have more than 200 users in my egw_accounts table.

In the administration module of EGW, in the user accounts list, I only
see the last 30 created user accounts.

This is a big problem because I can’t administrate the 170+ other user
accounts !

I can see the whole users list somewhere else in EGW but not in
Administration/User accounts.

All the users can log in EGW anyway.

In my opinion this is a bug in the database or in the PHP code on EGW.

Is there a way to correct this problem ?

You should be able to page through the user list with the left/right buttons
in the header area of the list.
You may show more than 30 entrys, by setting the Preferences-> Common
Preferences -> Max matches per page
to a greater value than 30.

Or if you dont have the buttons mentioned above, and the Max matches per
page does not help:
Somehow someone messed up your Addressbook Information connected to the
accounts

Any Useraccount must have an corresponding addressbook entry having
contact_owner=0 and account_id equaling the account_id of that user.

Check the table egw_addressbook on contact_owner=0 and account_id is not
NULL

You are right !

Missing users in the user list do not have any entry with their account_id in egw_addressbook.

When I do this SQL query:

SELECT `contact_owner` , `account_id` , `contact_label`
FROM `egw_addressbook`
WHERE `account_id` IS NOT NULL

I get exactly the same number of users I can see in the admin module.

How can I fix this ?

By adding rows to the egw_addressbook table for the missing users.
Info needed (to connect the Addressbookentry to the account):
contact_owner = 0
account_id = account_id of the user in question

n_family
n_given
contact_email

contact_creator must be set (is the account_id of an user)
contact_modified must be set (is a UNIXTIMESTAMP)
