Infolog list mobile mode settings / Infolog to show linked contact in mobile mode?

Does the Infolog list in mobile-screen mode have any preferences to set, as to what we want displayed of the infolog entry on the list?

Reason for asking: the desktop mode Infolog shows the linked Contact Info, and it’s very useful; In mobile screen mode, that contact link info is not shown; I tried on Android Firefox as well as Chrome as well as iPhone Safari.

(It’s a minor thing, but it’ll be a ‘nice to have’ if possible).

(I looked through whatever I could browse through, in all related common and default preferences, and I can’t find it i also tried to look for hints on this forum and on available docs/webminars/videos, with same result )

I don’t know what your approach is. If you always have certain contacts, you could create a filter and select it in mobile-view. Then you know that these infologs belong to the contact.
As I said: I do not know your situation.

Like I said it’s a minor annoyance. But having the option to enable that at some point would not hurt much?

I don’t know what your approach is.

We’ve been sort-of using the Infolog as a call-log and task list -

• the call center uses the desktop mode and links the contacts to the infolog entries, and delegates them to the field staff;
• the field staff uses mobile devices and uses the infolog list (responsible open) as a task list;

Having the contact displayed within the infolog entry similar to what desktop view is doing, is helpful for that reason (the template we used on 1.8 did not have mobile version so the contact was always visible, on desktop and on mobile both).
