Howdy folks,
I have upgraded from Ubuntu 12.04 to 14.04 and I am trying to get my EGW
1.8 up and running before I upgrade to 14 without success. I have
already worked through several issues (like “pear install whatever” not
working, and having to manually create soft links in
/etc/php5/apache2/conf.d), but I have unfrotunately reached an impasse.
I am unable to log into EGW. I am using MySQL, and when I check my setup
it says that odbc, pdo_odbc, and oci8 are not loadable. In trying to get
them loadable, I installed the “php-db” package, and now my egroupware
is completely unresponsive and I get “PHP Fatal error: Cannot redeclare
class egw in /usr/share/egroupware/phpgwapi/inc/class.egw.inc.php on
line 33” in the log.
Does anybody have any ideas?
