"Invalid SQL" error saving Knowledge Base Article

We use the Knowledge Base application to save what amounts to an employee manual. I was trying to update one of our older articles and when I tried to save it I got an Error.

Incorrect string value: ‘\xC2&nbsp…’ for column ‘text’ at row 1 (1366)

It does not happen with every article but I don’t know if others have this problem.
Is there any way to correct this article?

Looks like an invalid UTF-8 character, maybe pasted into the article.

That’s exactly what it was. Thanks again.

But I don’t understand how it was saved to begin with. I was trying to edit an existing article and it wouldn’t let me re-save it because of the character which was already in the article. I did not paste anything new into it.
