ionCube Loader Egroupware

Hello Egroupware list,

I’m currently using EGroupware Community Version 1.8.004.
Everthing worked fine until installing ionCube loader on Server (Debian
5.0.4)
the calendar view is damaged. This happens not all the time. Somtetimes
it works fine
but then falls back in damaged view.(see attached photo)

I assume there is something wrong with calendar.calendar_uiviews

I also got the problem that when I change user accounts and press save
it ends in white page
For example:
https://your.domain/index.php?menuaction=admin.uiaccounts.edit_user&account_id=8&old_loginid=xxx

Are there problems with ionCube Loader known? Thank you for your help in

Why would you want to use it with EGroupware or any other open source

Hello Ralf,

thanks for your response. May be I described the problem a bit misunderstandable.
The EGroupware Community Version 1.8.004 has run on a Debian Server without any problems
up to the time the ionCube Loader was installed on the Server.
Now I have the phenomenon that the calendar view, works times and sometimes not.
It seems as if a CSS file is not loaded correctly. But I’ve checked everything and found no errors.

The same Problem is described here back in 2006:

This is definitely not a CSS problem.

The ionCube Loader has nothing to do with Egroupware, that’s right! It is just installed on the same server and appears to affect the Egroupware.
I now will install the Egroupware on a separate server. But perhaps this thread helps others who have the same problem.

At the end I want to say thanks for this great open source, and thanks for the great support!
