.
Forgotten premise - You must have EGW >= 1.5.
Should be OK, I’m using the 1.6rc1 version.
1.6.pre1 actually, but >1.5.
With notifications installed, it should have an item in Admin to edit the
site configuration.
.
OK, thanks, I’ll take a look. The whole system seems to have gone
AWOL at the moment though and I’m not at home so I can’t do anything
about it.
I’ve got it back, DNS has gone AWOL, using the raw IP address works OK.
.
When you create, or edit an appointment, there’s an alarm tab where alarms
can be set.
Two things need to be done in preparation. In admin, setup popups in
Notification site configuration. In admin, go to Asynchronous timed
services, and install crontab.
I can’t see anywhere to “setup popups in Notification site
configuration”, under Admin I have:-
• Site configuration
• User accounts
• User groups
• Applications
• Global Categories
• Change main screen message
• View sessions
• View access log
• View error log
• Find and Register all Application Hooks
• Asynchronous timed services
• DB backup and restore
• PHP information
• Admin queue and history
• Remote administration instances
In Site configuration there’s nothing about popups or notification.
I’m running egroupware 1.6.pre1.
Ah, do I have to install something - i.e. notifications? I’ll have a
hunt around.
