Hi,
I think there is a typo in the password. Two solution:
a) most simple: remove the header.inc.php file and start again
b) edit the header.inc.php and change the password hashes (at least 2)
with a cleartext password. After that you should be able to log into
setup again AND you should use the header admin (setup lower login) to
set the passwords again as hashes.
