In the <Directory /usr/share/egroupware/> section of your apache config, add the path(s) you need to the end of the line starting with “php_admin_value open_basedir” , separated by a colon. Restart apache and it should work.

Hello,
if you don’t have access to the apache configuration, then you cannot add the path. Furthermore, if your EGW runs on an internet providers server, they may not let you execute cron jobs anyways…
You should ask your provider, if this is possible.
D’ailleure: you can answer in french if you like, I write in English because that’s faster for me, but I can read french all rigth.
