After upgrade from 14.1 to 14.3, late last year, I just noticed today that
none of tne knowledgebase articles load, you can see the list, but when you
click on it, it just spins and spins and spins and never loads the article.
Sounds like an error happend on the server, while EGroupware tries to
load the article. Have a look into Apache error_log, if there’s someting
every time you click on an article.

If you refresh the page, you just get the same list of articles without any
way to view them.
Suggestions on how to troubleshoot. Other functionality like calendar,
contacts, email etc all seem to work just fine, it’s only the knowledgebase
that has issues.
