I sent this request to the list in May. I know it’s impolite to repost
many times, but is there anyway I could find out if its egroupware’s or
lightning’s fault? Its Lightning 1.52 in the meantime. Still reminder
not working.
Really want to fix this.
Hi,
I am running an egroupware 1.8.004 server (ubuntu repository) and connecting
to the calendar using Lightning 1.4 and Thunderbird 12.0.1 from Windows.
This is the link I’m using in lightning:
https:///groupdav.php/default/calendar/
This is a group-calendar, not your personal calendar!
When creating events in lightning or in egroupware and setting reminder,
these are correctly set in egroupware, but not in lightning 1.4 (lightning
shows “no reminder”)
EGroupware exports alarms only for your current user or if they are for
all participants. This might be a problem if you just use a group
calendar and not your personal calendar.
Previous versions of lightning (not sure since when this problem started)
honoured the reminder settings.
Has anything changed on the part of egroupware?
1.8.004 changed a lot in CalDAV. It’s now up to date with EPL 11.1.
