This may be related to the post from 19th Nov regarding time-zones. We have the following
situation:
- HQ is based in UK (currently 2h behind South Africa - SA), which is the default setting
- Agents using egroupware are based in SA
The default data-exchange setting is set to UK and it correctly synchronises with our phones
(currently in SA). However, when we change the data-exchange setting of the calendar of a
user based in SA to Africa, Johannesburg, the time on the phone is still synchronised as if
the calendar is in UK time zone. This will obviously also have an impact on sending out
meeting requests.
How do you set up a time zone for a user who is not in the same time-zone as the default
setting?
