Lost sitemgr news_admin contents with SVN upgrade

I just pulled in updates (up to 35713) and have lost the news_contents
on my front page. The contents exist and are visible both to logged in
users as well as anonymous users, but for some reason, the sitemgr
news_admin module no longer pulls them up to the front page.

See http://messinet.com to see it. Any ideas on where to begin
debugging? I see no httpd or pgsql errors in the logs.
