yes it is reproducibly every time I try to use “mail” 
I have setup three identities for me, two on own E-Mail-Server and one at
gmail (via imap)
The Problem is, that I cannot do anything while this error blocks the
complete mail-module.
There is no menu-entry to modify the identities or setup the
mail-accounts…
I don’t changed any passwords on my accounts.
I only chaned the cookie-path in setup in case of problems with my old known
infinite forward while login.
Can this be the reason? Do mail fetch the password from a cookie?
No, mail does NOT fetch the password from a cookie.
What you can do to fix the problem: log in as an admin, right click on
that user, select mail account, choose the broken one from the select
box, reenter the password and save it.
