Usually all EGW accounts are automatically added to the group "default"
when you create the user account - at least that has been my experience.
I just gave the group “default” full access to the address book
application and now everyone can view, add, edit etc… Hope that helps!
Hi all
I imported a very large address book for our organization, but in
error made it a personal address book.
Is there an easy way to make it available to all users? I was able to
re-assign the addresses to a group, but would prefer to make it
available to all, regardless of group membership.
Second to this, is there a way to make this address book available to
external email programs such as thunderbird or evolution? My setup was
to store all user info in LDAP, but I am of the understanding that the
address book is stored in MySQL.
regards
Ken
