Memory limit issue

Hello,
We are seeing problems with addressbook entries not saving and tickets not saving correctly.

When I look at the error.log file for Apache I see th we are getting 'allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exausted…

I tried changing the php.ini file to

memory_limit = 64M

Re-started Apache but still kept seing exactly the same message.

I then changed the .htaccess file in /usr/share/egtroupware to the same and restarted Apache but still get exactly the same error.

I don’t uderstand why these setting are not being applied, I wouild expect at least the error to read 67108864 bytes.

Can anybody offer any help with this.

I meant to say that lgging out of the system and back in seems to fix the issue for a short period.

Do you have a egroupware.conf? (or a site specific conf, etc…)?
Check with Admin->php information
for the local Value.
Alter your egroupware.conf (or the site specific conf, etc…) as well.
