Sorry, I’m not to answer your question, but something related.
I guess you’re updating the bugs and patches for tts, because I’ve seen
today a lot of movement for those, and I’d just like some comment about

that was discussed previously here (“UI translations issues” thread,
started last 16/04). I attached the patches that worked for me, but I
didn’t want to commit them because you might be doing some work on that
file. If so, and unless you’re fixing some bug, I guess those changes
shouldn’t to the branch, but cvs. Anyway, and still ignoring your plans,
I’d like to ask you to at least take a quick look at the patches, and
say if you agree or have some problem with anything. In case you agree,
please commit them or take as you want, in order to close the bug (that
I think there’s no reason to keep open), or you can even reassign to me
and/or tell me to commit them myself.
