I have been tinkering with setting up EGW so users can access it by
going to my.FQDN.com, rather than my.FQDN.com/egroupware
I managed to get it working for most applications, but when trying to
enter the website manager, I first get:
“The requested URL /egroupware/sitemgr/sitemgr-site/ was not found on
this server.”
If I try to access the website module by deleting the /egroupware
portion, I get:
“THERE IS NO WEBSITE CONFIGURED FOR URL
https://142.25.56.43/sitemgr/sitemgr-site/ (default). NOTIFY THE
ADMINISTRATOR.”
I was wondering which file(s) I need to edit to repair this.
Not in a file, go to SiteMgr >> Other websites >> Define websites and
click on edit, there you need to replace
/egroupware/sitemgr/sitemgr-site
with
/sitemgr/sitemgr-site
On a related note, some of our wiki entries keep trying to link out to a
different FQDN, despite having been written on this same EGW host. Is
there a settings file that manages linking for the wiki?
Nope, you (or your users) probably added theses links yourself. You can
search for them in egw_wiki_pages.wiki_body and replace all of them by
using something like:
UPDATE egw_wiki_pages
SET wiki_body=REPLACE(wiki_body,‘http://my.domain.com/egroupware/’,’/’)
WHERE wiki_body LIKE ‘%http://my.domain.com/egroupware/%’
