We are using the Enterprise v11.1, and I have 10 users on Egroupware at a time.
From time to time, they automatically get logged out. Appears to have something
to do with email because when they log in, the time circle hovers over the email
and stays there, and then logs them out.
Any suggestions on settings that I could make that would allow the users to not
get logged out intermittently?
Our mailserver resides in San Diego, but we read everything from Egroupware out
of Germany as an IMAP connection. The problems become more severe around
Noon New York Time.
this is severly impacting our work. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
