New domain in 14.2 problem - test Debian 7, Ubuntu 14.04

I installed the new version 14.2.20150210 / 14.2RC3 and I came across:

1. A new clean install Ubuntu 14.04 + Apache 2.4 + MariaDB 10.0 is OK (deffault), but if I want to create a new domain, so after a while of stops and lots of tables not created (using Firefox).
2. In Debian 7.0, a new clean installation OK (default), but if you create a new domain (checkinstall = OK, create tables = OK) and does not file manager: It is not to create a directory not upload the files, a new window opens and writes that:
   , Permission denied!

My installation procedure (Debian 7):
New clean debian 7 server + SSH
apt-get update
apt-get upgrade
apt-get install mc fail2ban ntp apache2 apache2-mpm-prefork apache2-utils apache2.2-bin apache2.2-common fontconfig-config libapache2-mod-php5 libapr1 libaprutil1 libaprutil1-dbd-sqlite3 libaprutil1-ldap libfontconfig1 libgd2-xpm libjpeg8 libltdl7 libmcrypt4 libonig2 libpng12-0 libqdbm14 libtidy-0.99-0 libxpm4 libxslt1.1 php-apc php5 php5-cli php5-common php5-gd php5-ldap php5-mcrypt php5-mysql php5-sqlite php5-tidy php5-xsl ssl-cert ttf-dejavu-core

• MariaDB 10.0:
  apt-get install python-software-properties
  apt-key adv --recv-keys --keyserver keyserver.ubuntu.com 0xcbcb082a1bb943db
  add-apt-repository ‘deb http://mirror.hosting90.cz/mariadb/repo/10.0/debian wheezy main’

apt-get update
apt-get install mariadb-server
mysql_secure_installation

*Settings /etc/php5/apache/php.ini
memory_limit = 2048M
date.timezone = Europe/Prague

reboot

• Egroupware:
  echo ‘deb http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/server:/eGroupWare:/trunk/Debian_7.0/ /’ >> /etc/apt/sources.list.d/egroupware-epl.list
  wget http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/server:eGroupWare:trunk/Debian_7.0/Release.key

  apt-get update
  apt-get install egroupware-epl

Hi,

I could create new directories “Test” and “Subdir” below /home/admin.

Test gave an error creating it, thought it seemed to work and already
contained a file.

Subdir was created without an error.

Anyway you probably want to use released 14.2.20150212 from
server:eGroupWare repo, as we wont update server:eGroupWare:trunk until
we have a 15.1 beta!

But in the newly created domain does not work.

There is created a domain test.cz here to see them.
