New POP account for Felamail

Hi,

I have install the felamail and now wants all of the new user which i create use felamail to send and receive emails but i m not able to find the way to do it :(. I want to know how can i create the email account for new user ? where i find this option

Hi,

FMail does NOT support POP3, only IMAP!

Unless you have a full integration via LDAP with your mail servers, eGW
or FMail does NOT create new mail-accounts. You have to do that and make
sure the share account-name and password with their eGW counterparts or
you use the custom settings in FMail.

can you please let me know how can i configure the IMAP account with FMail ? lets say i have created an account with name test now i want this user to be use FMail to send and receive emails can you please let me know the flow what what i have to do ?. My requirement is when i create new user at the same time its email also created and configure with FMail and user is enable to use FMail. Can you please let me know is this possible ? and if not than let me know with alternative

FMail does NOT support POP3, only IMAP!

Hi,

creating mail accounts requires a mail-server! That has nearly nothing
to do with eGroupWare.

The only exception to the above is a full integration of eGroupWare and
the mailserver via LDAP. I dont have the time to give you a step by step
describtion how to make such an installation. Sorry
(Of cause you can book such an installation through our professional
support.)

If you already have a separate mailserver you need to create the account
’test’ with identical password there, or use FMails custome settings.
