Just added Egroupware for my small business. How do I add user groups? How do remove and add applications?

How do remove and add applications?

EGroupware modules/apps are not uninstalled (even if there is still something like this in the setup). You regulate this via execution rights on groups (or users):

Create a default group for normal users (or take the already existing one) and give the basic execution rights. With further groups you can then assign special rights.
This way, users only get what they need and EGroupware becomes clearer.
