We are running EGW CE 14.2.20150402 with the group management plug-in we gratefully
received for free (long-term users).
The issue:
We have a core group with the most wide-ranging rights short of admin rights.
We create a new user and make him part of the core group. Each member can see each
other’s data (calendar in particular). He also gets run rights for almost all modules. Logged in
as admin, I can see the new user is a member of the core group and I can also see the name
of the groups whose data he can access when I check his individual access rights.
However, when I log in as the new user and check his access rights, the fields "data from"
and “access by” are empty though there are 2 rows with edit, read, delete, etc marked.
When I go into his calendar, he can’t select anybody elses calendar. Other members of the
same group that have been set up a long time ago, do not experience this problem. It might
have startet with the latest upgrade. Do we need to re-install the group management plug in
after every upgrade? Any pointers?
Thanks again.
