No application profiles available for export

When I try to export an address book I get

Error no application profiles available for export

I have :-
egroupware-epl (16.1.20170703)
PHP Version 7.0.20-1~dotdeb+8.2

Hi,

2 possible reasons:

there is no profile for exporting addresses (usually there is one)

so I think You don’t have the permissions to export addresses.
Take a look at:
Address Book -> Define Imports/Exports
then, there should be an Export Profile (Symbol: ->) "export-addressbook-csv"
Is your user in "allowed users " group?
