Hi

eGroupware version: egroupware-docker (23.1.20240430)

We were switched account source from AD to periodic import. After that users that are even not logged in (since switch to sql source) and still not used mail module don’t receive email notifications from event invites.
After these users log in and open mail the event notifications start working.

We tried to restart docker containers many times but didn’t try host reboot.

Can you help with this? Is there any method to fix this without service restart?

Thank you for your help.

Hi Stefan!

The mail accounts are configured properly, so the mail sending is working fine. Only calendar event mail invitation not work with some users (not all). In calendar notification preferences is set to: On all modification, but responses and notification settings: jpopup_and_email

I didnt find any related error messages in docker container logs.
