No one views addressbook contacts apart from administrator

Hello,

I have been having this issue for long; no one can see the list of contacts in my address book, apart from the administrator.
Even other users i put in Admins group can’t. Both accounts and contacts are saved in SQL. Is there anything I should do to allow users see the contacts?

You have to configure Data access for aδdressbook app in Admin Module:

Admin->User accounts->(Right click) Access control on “your user”->On top select Access to “your user” data by others-> Push Button “Add” on the right ->
Fill in the form that appears:

Application: Adressbook
Data From: "your user"
Access by: every one else you want to access this data: select the users/group you want
Rights (check the rights you want to give)

Thanks a lot for your reply;

But I am not seeing this access control. Do I have to “right click” on user Accounts? That only shows the usual options for opening link in another tab…, not anything related to the system functionalities.

it applies to version 14.x, in Admin I see the following:

Hi was talking about 14.x not EPL 11.1, you either need to upgrade
(strongly recommended anyway) or in 11.1 edit the user or group, in whos
addressbook your are interested, click on the pencil icon beside
addressbook checkbox to get to access control.

https://my.stylite.de/ with the credentials you got with your EPL.
