Hi Dom,
Hi
I just upgrade my debian egroupware to Community Version 1.8.004 and I
can’t change an existing event on the web interface, even it is created
by egroupware.
In the logs, I have :
PHP Warning: preg_match(): No ending delimiter ‘,’ found in
/usr/share/egroupware/etemplate/inc/class.etemplate.inc.php on line
2141, referer:
https://XXXXXX/egroupware/index.php?menuaction=calendar.calendar_uiforms.edit&cal_id=1009&date=20120406
And the Calendar modifier window stay opened, and the event is not recorded.
What you describe is a validation error, that’s also matching the
line-number the error gives.
Thought I can not reproduce that.
Have you modified the eTemplate or manually downgraded from a higher
version (eg. Trunk)?
If you have not modified any eTemplate you could empty egw_etemplates
table and log out and in again.
Or you can use our public 1.8 demo and try to reproduce it there for me:

If I’m not able to reproduce the problem, there’s little I can do to
help
Ralf
