Sure,
First check the permissions of the actual file to make sure its owner or
group is that of your webserver and is writable by your webserver. Say
apache:apache on mandrake/redhat or wwwrun:www on Suse. Then it is just a
simple matter of running www.yoursite.com/egroupware/setup and setting the
values you want.
