maybe you can also play with the sync and you can try the HEX 0A error.
this is , the contacts are with an HEX 0A in every field on begining. this you can only see in db after syncing from outlook to EGW.
you’ll find this bug, if you search for HEX 0A

Thanks on the info i’ve voted on the bug thread, I’ll see if I can find
