Problem in EGROUPWARE 16.9.002 with tracking notification by email

When I make the configuration of the tracking system, I add the business account of ms office 365, egroupware manages to connect with the email service for the correct creation of tickets in the tracking system.
When a modification is made to an egroupware ticket, it must send a notification to the user that sent the said email to egroupware with the corresponding modifications, this last step is not happening.
Currently the version of egroupware 16.9.002 is being used

If you have configuration information for this system, could you attach it?

Hello cgomezluengo,

can users send mails?

Some things are sent via a smtp-only mail account. I’m not sure it’s the same in the tracker.
Please check once if you have a smtp-only mail account.

Hello, when I want to configure the sending by SMTP I get the following error
the account, the password and the SMTP server are correctly set

Please test with TLS (not STARTTLS).

Problem Solve …
try to make the connection for 20 times until I connect.

I have another problem, when I configure the tracking system to send from a single email, just send notifications by email with the user who owns that email.

Is there any guide to configure the tracking system?
