Hello everyone,
I realized the migration from version 1.6002 to 1.6003 and, thus, the
application iCalSrv was removed, where I am now changing the configuration
of users to use the GroupDAV.
However, I am having some problems:
a) When creating a new event in calendar, through Thunderbird 3.0.5 and
Lightning 1.0b1, inviting a new participant, this event does not appear in
my calendar, appearing only on the calendar of this guest. To appear also on
my agenda, I need to invite my self. Is this correct?
b) Some users with agendas created by iCalSrv when creating a new event, now
with GroupDAV, are receiving a confirmation e-mail from old events, more
precisely, events in which these users were invited to other participate and
did not respond. Is there any setting to disable that events older than 30
days, for example, be verified?
c) Finally, to update the Thunderbird to version 3.1.6 and with it the
Lightning for 1.0b2, the calendar doesn’t work anymore, showing the error
"DAV_NOT_DAV" in the console error of Thunderbird. This is a bug in
eGroupware or Lightning? Any solution?
This bug is fixed in svn, either wait for the 1.8 release candidate
expected for this weekend (or maybe Monday) or use the daily snapshot
from www.egroupware.org/download
It’ might also fix your problem a), thought I’m not so sure about that.
If you have edit rights for that other persons calendar, you can create
events in his calendar, which do not include yourself as participant.
I appreciate any help you can give me to solve all these problems.
