Hi
i’m testing mail handling in the tracking system, work correctly with an gmail account, but if i use an local exchange account dont’ work fine.
In the details:
- Configure the imap account
- send an emai to the imap account
- tracking system create the ticket
- after 5 minutes ( the next check time) create a new ticket with the same email … and go in loop only with this email
- delete this email and send it another
- stop to work and don’t create a ticket with the subsequent emails
i have exchange 2013 with the last cu update.
