i have the egw 16.9.002 ce and i have a problem with tracking notification stop working.
For reconfigure :
- enter with my user name (admin group)
- click on mail app
- Skip imap configuration
- insert the data input for an account used for only notification
- use smtp with starttls port 587
- select this email configuration for every user
- save
but when create a new ticket the email don’t arrived.
