Hello, I am a web developper, and just came in contact of egroupware. there some few things I have not been able to find out yet even though I thouht i read and read. and I need your assistance.
currently, I would like to have a Support or Contact us form on using SiteMgr so when a user enter a message, it will register in Todo Item.
then the admin can pick up and respond the message?
Another question too, is sending mail to i.e support@mail.com and will register to Todo Item so we can see the messages?
do you know other alternative or a mail box system for Egroupware?
let me her from you. and pls give me step by stem instructions on how to do it please. I will be grateful.
