You may use ics files and the egroupware provided functionality.
that would be the correct way.
If you are insisting on the hard way, you have to maintain the tables, that
are used by the sync to consider
datasets to be new or changed or deleted. egw_api_content_history is the
table responsible for that, as far as I know.
But if you do that, without using egroupware function calls, you may end up
messing things up more than you
expect.
So the advise would be: Use egroupware api/calendar function calls to
implement your import.

Hello,
I’m developing some sort of a connector between egroupware and my own
application.
I am getting the events out from egroupware, as well as I am able to add
new
events into egroupware using a PHP script which inserts into mySQL
database,
but the problem is that events inserted or updated from my PHP script are
not syncing with my mobiles over SyncML. Could someone point me to a
correct
way on how to add and update events through 3rd party scripts?
Thank you and best regards,
Thomas
