I would very much like to start using ProjectManager but can’t get my mind wrapped around how it works. I’ve used Microsoft Project for years and don’t see any correlation between how you create project. Can anyone get me started on the right path? For example:
- I want a project with three main tasks. Each main task must start after the completion of the preceding task.
- Each task has two sub-tasks. Sub-task 1 will last 2 days, sub-task 2 will last 4 days.
- Sub-task two should start when sub-task 1 ends.
- All I want to set is the start date and have ProjectManager fill in the other dates.
Can this be done?
