I have already given each queue (Technical) a group of users (clients) to
create elements.
But my problem is that anyone can “see” all queues
How could make only saw its queue attached?
In others there is a bug, to give “add” on the queue that allowed a
customer, in the pop-up window you can switch to another queue, giving
"save" you keep ticket.

yo ya he creado una cola por proyecto/cliente,
yo ya he dado a cada cola (como tecnicos) un grupo de usuarios (clientes)
para crear elementos.
pero mi problema es que todos los usuarios pueden “ver” todas las colas
A demas existe un bug, al dar a “añadir” en la cola que tiene permisos un
cliente, en la ventana emergente puedes cambiar a otra cola, dando a guardar
te guarda el ticket.
¿como podria hacer que solo vieran su cola asignada?

Hi Jorge,
In trunk is implemented acl by queue (as technicians and admin) as users.
You can create a queue per cliente/project and gave access to view/create to
their queue. You need enable in tracker config.
Also a per item acl (user or group) can be enabled in tracker config.
