R53087 causes duplicate key during API 14.3 upgrade of egw_acl

Hello,

Shortened field acl_location in egw_acl causes the following error during during API 14.3 database upgrade.

I understand pERP is a legacy and unsupported application. I can work around this by patching phpgwapi/setup/tables_current.inc.php however I wanted to post this in case others run into similar issues with pERP or custom applications.

Error message:
Invalid SQL: INSERT INTO egw_acl (acl_appname,acl_location,acl_account,acl_rights,acl_id) SELEcT DISTINCT acl_appname,acl_location,acl_account,acl_rights,NULL FROM tmp_egw_acl
Duplicate entry ‘perp_inventory-report_inventory–62’ for key ‘egw_acl_appname_location_account’ (1062)

After further analysis lots of problems for custom apps where appname length is greater than 16 characters. Upgrade quietly truncates the fields unless you are lucky enough to have a duplicate key.

Will look to refactor my custom and legacy applications to support the DB optimizations.

Both acl_appname and acl_location are now 16 ascii chars.

Maybe Nathan could create a small update for perp, truncating his
acl_location (and app-names, if necessary).
