eGroupWare caches many things in the session and/or the browser.
Therefore a major upgrade requires to log off and clear the browser
cache (or a forced reload with Shift or Ctrl F5, depending on your browser).

Ralf,
This is something that has definitely been introduced during a recent .svn
update to both 1.4.004 and 1.5.010. See also the screenshot from 1.4.004:
http://www.3111skyline.com/download/screenshots/egw/KB_no-editor_1.4.004svn.jpg
No changes to the 1.4 install have been made except for .svn updates in the
past year. The editor loss had to occur within the last 60 days. I don’t have a
more narrow date because it has been that long since I edited a knowledge base
article.
Let me know what setting/config file/or database fields you would like me to
check and I’m more than happy to do some leg work.
Also, I have re-enabled your account on the 3111skyline.com (1.5.svn) install
if you want to take a look. If you have forgotten the pw, email me privately
and I’ll reset it. If you want an account on rbpllc.com (the 1.4.004 svn
install) likewise email me privately and I’ll create an account.
Thanks for your help. This is strange that it effects both 1.4 and trunk
unless an update is responsible.
