For the Phonenumbers, you need to set style to inline before you see it.
by default the style is set to none.

I have not answered as I simply do NOT understand what your problem is
In the trunk addressbook I load “addressbook.edit” in the eTemplate
editor, click on [More …] and then in the popup on the widget I want
to edit.
