Hi Tom,
Hello,
I had to re-install 1.8, I can’t get email in 14.1 !
As I wrote before, PostgreSQL bug you describe is already fixed in
current 14.1!
I have a backup of the 1.8 install from before the 14.1 attempt, but
now it won’t restore in the same server with the same DB as when
backed up. I’ve extracted the bzip file and I see there are scripts
heading up the data for each application. Is there a way to run the
scripts for each app independently? It seems to be failing when
restoring Tracker data. Can theTracker section be removed from the
bzip file, re-zip it and try the restore. Then run the Tracker data as
its own restore?
Yeah, our backup is a collection of csv files. So you can remove content
of tracker table and everything else will restore.
We had a couple of problems with restore in PostgreSQL, because
doublicate rows (rows backed up twice). You can also just remove that
rows, to get a working restore.
Ralf
Any help appreciated!
Thanks!
