I have one question, is there a way to recover a deleted file from File Manager? If yes, then please anyone explain how I can recover a deleted file?

Hi Adnan.
It depends on how you have designed your backup concept.
A few possibilities:
You have versioning enabled in the EGw file manager and can reuse old versions of individual files (EPL feature).
You have your EGw as a VM and backup it regularly.
You have included the files in your EGw database backup.
You have a file system with versioning (deletion protection) on the EGw host.
You have backed up /var/lib/egroupware from the outside.
You have mounted /var/lib/egroupware from the outside and saved it there.

How I can include all files in my EGw database backup? My backup only contains the backup of sql files nothing else.
How I can change this backup path?
Best: Save your complete path /var/lib/egroupware external.
