Reset RocketChat Database

Since rocketchat is part of the egroupware installation together with mongodb, I may not be able to access the databases due to the docker installation (i think…)
Since I continue to have connection problems between egroupware and rocketchat, which do not seem to exist in installations from scratch, I would try to eliminate the rocketchat database but I don’t know how.
Could anyone help me?
I tried to delete the egroupware database but it didn’t help. Before redoing the entire installation I would like to check with the rocketchat database.
Still with regards to the connection between egroupware and rocketchat: are there settings even outside of the databases, perhaps in some files?

MongoDB for Rocket.Chat is in a volume, which does NOT get deleted, when you delete the Rocket.Chat containers. So you need to do the following:

cd /etc/egroupware-rocketchat
docker-compose stop
docker volume ls | grep mongo
docker volume rm mongo
docker-compose up -d

After that you have a newly installed Rocket.Chat.

you missed the grep: docker volume ls | grep mongo

OK Ralf !
docker-compose down.

Delete database/volume, reconfigured rocketchat but same problems … Internal server error.

I try to make again the vm with fresh ubuntu and fresh egroupware install …
