Resource ACL screen needs sorted user list

The resource ACL screen lists the users in account_id order. We have 1,700 users and this made it very difficult to use. I added a sort parameter to the get_list() call to sort the users by surname which makes the screens easier to navigate. Patch attached.

I notice that get_list() is deprecated but I didn’t want to change too much.

Hi,

that’s in general not going to work, as the list should be sorted by how
the user wants account to be displayed (if account-name is the first to
be displayed, it should be sorted by that).

I fixed that now in svn:
