Hi István,
found and fixed the problem.
In fact the attachment was working, but a wrong regular expression (used
to hide .picture.jpg) hide all attachments from the user.
It’s fixed now in svn for EPL 9.1, 1.6 and trunk.

I did not find any error messages in the error logs.
