I had an installation running EGW 1.8.007 and I tried to update to 14.2
The update went well and the installation was running almost well, except that sending mails was taking very long and it was’nt possible to send a mail with an attachment of more than +/- 1 MB. I look after that for one day, and at the end, because of the need of a working installation, I decided to downgrade back to 1.8.007.
After having installing the program, I am trying to reinstall my backup but without luck.
I tried iin the setup and also tried to first have a running install and then by logging in and using the backup/restore application.
In both cases I can see in phplog something like It appears that you have not created the database…
Once I also had a message that the database was 1.8 and that the setup will try to upgrade to 1.8.007 but that was failing also.
Is there an other way to restore de bz2 file ???
