If this is not the correct forum to put this under, please let me know and I’ll move it.
I’m running v1.4.001. In the tracking system, I want to restrict who can ‘Close’ a ticket. I don’t want a user to close their own ticket or any other ticket. We want to designate one person to close all tickets. Is this possible? I’ve used other tracking systems where regular users were not allowed to close tickets, so I think this request is reasonable.
