I have not updated my EGW in a long while. Trying to get back to it. I updated from trunk (rev 31603) am getting and error

Did you do an ‘svn up . */’ (mind the dot)?
Did you re-check the installation check page which scans for missing PHP
prerequisites?
Did you check the application status in setup/ if any application
requires an update?

Turns out some files were being skipped during the update. I accidentally touched them a while back.
