Rocket.Chat right side panel problem

Hi All,
Congratulations on the impressive new version!!! Easier to use, with a clearer and more user-friendly interface. Everything works much better, but we have a problem with Rocketchat. Now, the people connected no longer appear in the right-hand side panel, as shown in the image.
As before, the error always appears.

The result is this:

Can anyone tell me how to solve this problem?

The right side bar is the Status app. This is broken:

Unfortunately, I can’t answer your question about the connection problem with Rocket.Chat itself. I’ll have to take a look at my private instance.

The problem hast been reported and is under investigation.

We probably know more tomorrow.

It it’s to inconvenient for you or your user, you can switch the Tag in your /etc/egroupware-docker/docker-compose.override.yml back to “23.1” temporary.

Problem is found, somehow the tag for the pre-release and the Status app was generated on the 23.1 branch and not master / development version. And that obviously does not work …

I will create end of this or beginning of next week a new image, which will - beside others - fix this problem.

Just created a new image, so either wait for Watchtower installing it tonight, or pull and up -d it.

Thank you so much for investigating and identifying the root cause of the problem. I really appreciate the time and effort you’ve put into tracking this down.
I wanted to also mention that the current version is experiencing severe performance issues — it’s extremely slow to the point of being almost unusable. Is this a known issue that will be addressed in the new image you’re planning to release? I’m wondering if this slowness might be related to the branch mismatch you discovered, or if it’s a separate problem that others have reported as well.
Looking forward to the new release at the end of this week or beginning of next week.

it’s extremely slow to the point of being almost unusable.

I can’t confirm that. The pre-release runs flawlessly on my private system as well as on our EGroupware instances.

We’re not aware of such a problem, and therefore it can’t be addressed.

W know that the Rocket.Chat iframe currently can “eat” a lot resources, if it’s open and loaded (not the right-side status app, this thread was originally about!).
