Rpc.php missing in

I have installed egoupware-epl rpms in Fedora 24
however

/rpc.php is missing, any help appreciated

Sorry for this late answer (vacation is over :-().

AFAIK, rpc.php was used for SyncML, which has been deprecated in newer
versions of eGroupware (since version 14.1).

It is/was still possible to install/configure it on 14.x, not sure about
16.1.

The supported protocols to sync contacts and calendars CardDAV and
CalDAV, and may be others, but no SyncML anymore.
